Roll in takes place Friday September 1st, 2023, between the hours of 9am and 8pm sharp for the indoor portion of the show. We will have ushers outside the Lebanon Valley Expo Center to help direct you to which roll in gate to go to. From there our roll in team will be at the overhead doors waiting for you and will help escort you to your display space. We will allow trailers into the building to unload for as long as there is ample room in the facility, once things begin to get tight, we may have to request that you unload outside. Knowing this we do urge anyone who will be trailering to arrive before 12noon on Friday September 1st if possible.
Another alternative is that we will be offering a small window for those that need extra time to set up due to complex displays; the opportunity to roll in on Thursday August 31st between 2pm and 6pm. If this is something you would like to take advantage of, please contact Andy Goodman directly at 717-307-5466 to set up a specific time for early roll in. There may be some other alternative options to roll in that can be discussed with Andy directly one on one.
After you are settled in your space, please check in at registration which will be located at the main lobby near the food court – it is imperative that you check in to pick up your wristbands and important documents on Friday. Please note you will not be able to get into the building on Saturday starting at 8:00am without your wristbands on securely, and they will not be replaced if lost. You will need to purchase replacement wristbands if lost.
Our objective is to make your experience as pleasant as possible for roll in, we understand that it can get hectic and we will be doing everything in our power to streamline the process to make it easy and enjoyable for everyone, but we need your help. Please pull your trailer and/or support vehicle out once unloaded and please avoid blocking the aisle ways with your content the best you can. If we all work together, we can make the show set up easy and enjoyable for everyone. We look forward to meeting you and thank you for your support.
This section is for OUTDOOR EXHIBITORS –OUTDOOR EXHIBITORS DETAILS IF PREREGISTERED FOR OURDOORS SATURDAY ONLY PLEASE BRING CASH WITH YOU IF YOU BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS BEYOND WHAT YOU PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.
Roll in takes place Saturday September 2nd, 2023, between the hours of 7am and 11am for the outdoor portion of the show. For those that need extended time or want to drop off vending trailers earlier you can do so on Friday 9/1 between 9am and 8pm There will be signage out front at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center to help direct you to the outdoor shows roll in gate. From there please follow the guidance of our roll in team.
If pre-registered please pull up to our staff Saturday morning, they will confirm your registration, and hand you your participant packet, no need to step outside of our vehicle everything will be done with you in the driver seat - your pre-registration does include one admission wristband for yourself. If anyone is in the vehicle with you, beyond what you paid for in advance, you will need to purchase a wristband for each additional adult and child at standard admission pricing. Adult Pass 16 and up $20.00 Children 11-15 $10.00 Children 10 and under are Free After any necessary transactions are completed you will follow the posted signage to the vehicle exhibit area where our ushers will help guide you to your exhibit space. If unloading a trailer, you will be directed to pull through two gates and to a trailer parking area where you can unload and bring your vehicle back through to the exhibit area for placement. Once settled down, please open the supplied packet and place the dash card on the front windshield of your vehicle.

If registering onsite the day of the show, please pull up to our staff who will help you from your driver’s seat, no need to get out of your vehicle at all. You will take care of the payment for yourself with vehicle ($30.00) and guests from your driver’s seat. If anyone is in the vehicle with you, you will need to purchase admission for additional adults and children at the time of roll in. Adult Pass 16 and up $20.00 Children 11-15 $10.00 Children 10 and under are Free (CASH ONLY). After any necessary transactions, our ushers will help guide you to your exhibit space. If unloading a trailer, you will be directed to pull through two gates and to a trailer parking area where you can unload and bring your vehicle back through to the exhibit area. After your vehicle is parked, the registration ticket you received at roll in will need to be taken to the main lobby of the venue to the MOTORAMA BOOTH where you will turn it in for your dash card. YOU MUST do this if you want to be in competition for awards.
