Vendors have access to their booths at 8:00AM both show days.
Motorama Events is "the" place for motorsports fans of all types and ages. Vendors travel from near and far to experience the value of being a part of Motorama. With more than 5,000 participants and 50,000 motorsport spectators you're sure to reach your target demographic at Motorama.
Vendor booth locations include the Car, Truck and Bike Show (Expo Hall), Radio Control Expo and Races (Equine Barn, Arena and West Hall) and the Speed Show (Main Hall) or have multiple locations throughout the show to promote and expose your brand.
Your vendor fee includes (2) 2 day passes for the first 10X10 booth and (1) 2 day pass for each additional 10X10 booth purchased (do not laminate your 2 day passes).
Facility Parking Details
We suggest you purchase an advanced vendor parking pass which gains you quick access into the venue's Mclay Street parking lots for single space vehicle parking. Be sure to display your parking pass when arriving Saturday and Sunday so staff knows you are a prepaid participant. If you bring more than a single vehicle, you must purchase an off-site Elmerton Lot or Reserved Lot space when registering. Please note that after 8:30am there is no guaranteed access to the on-site lot due to the large volume of traffic, you may be directed to an alternate lot and bussed over.
